Pizzeria Zum Toni in Mastershausen

Had delicious pizzas and later that week had steak and fish again because we liked it so much. Nice food and friendly service!

Pork loin and steak were top quality. You have to be patient, of course, but we were in Mastershausen to relax and we had time.

Last night we went to Toni's for dinner again. We ate lemon cake "torta a la nonna" and Italian shortcrust cake "CROSTATA" among others. What can I say. JUST JUST OUTSTANDING. We would love to come back and recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The restaurant is clean and the food came quickly. But that's the only positive thing to say here. The pizza is a cheek, lukewarm, hardly any cheese, soaked in oil. The salad, which was ordered without onions, still contained a few pieces ... it was probably just pulled out. Criticism is not dealt with. The prices are a bottomless cheek when it comes to value for money. Even Dr. Oetker makes better pizza.

Pizza resembled the consistency of a baked-on pizza. All fresh ingredients, but tasteless and too oily. (I'm still looking for the pepperoni on my pizza). All in all a letdown when you consider price-performance ratio.

Pizza and pasta had hardly any taste, the chanterelles were like rubber and probably out of the can. The service wasn't the friendliest either. I will definitely not be back.

The service was unfortunately very bad. We had to wait a long time, although very little was going on. When we were served we had to repeat our order several times. I got a deep-fried cordon bleu (dark brown), my girlfriend got a pizza that tasted like something from the deep-freeze department in the supermarket. A second waitress brought our cutlery at some point without a greeting. When a guest at the next table asked that he also needed some, she replied that he could get it himself from a free table.

Pros: The restaurant is clean and well-kept. The pizzas were delicious. Cons: We weren't greeted. But other arriving guests do. The waitress Korinna was extremely unpleasant. Advice to Korinna: We fell on the long-established Mastershausener, but we were not greeted warmly. We came to the restaurant to eat but not to be ruled by you Korinna. You don't "throw" pizza boxes on the table just because my 80-year-old mother insisted on packing the pizza you didn't eat yourself. PS: From professional experience I know that wearing face masks is extremely annoying. But if you only cover your mouth and not your nose like Korinna, wearing face masks makes little sense!

The visit started very sobering, a pre-ordered pizza was forgotten. Instead of reacting appropriately, the behavior of a young waitress almost made me leave the restaurant immediately. There were three of us eating here. The price-performance ratio is not correct. We ordered schnitzel, vegetarian lasagna and pizza. The vegetable rake consisted of 90% lasagna plates and sauce. The pizza was initially returned because the topping was wrong. This was then simply taken down and reassigned. The pizza finally came cold to the table. The schnitzel was okay.

90% dough, 10% topping, topping completely liquid, runs down from the pizza. It's like eating soup with your hands. Plus very expensive.

Good average. There were four of us, had pizza and salad. The type of pizza base is a matter of taste. We like it a little fluffier (when the dough rises more). Price level: good to very good.

Service was only English, glasses with jump, TV with sound on and radio with Schlager music on volume. Smoker desired. Quiet food no chance. Pizza unseasoned, once and never never again !!

Lovely staff, delicious food for great prices and lots of food to choose. I find this pizzeria a great location for all.
